[Remote] Contract Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume reputed company-style reputed company for reputed company positions. The role will conduct back-to-back phone screens, reputed company offers, manage candidate processes, complete reputed company and administrative work, and partner with the Manager in a remote, fast-reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• The Contract Recruiter will dive in to do phone screens and reputed company offers to candidates for High-Volume positions supporting reputed company
• Ideal Recruiter will be self-motivated, have a passion for reputed company and doing the work on their own
• The position will be high-volume reputed company style recruitment, getting into the nitty gritty doing 30-minute back-to-back phone screens daily & a few segments in between to reputed company emails/reputed company work
• Position is a high-reputed company process with reputed company work requiring high attention to reputed company, organization and time management
• The Recruiter will work closely with the Manager in a partnership to manage candidate process
• You will be supporting the reputed company team with distribution positions
• Must be accountable to show hours working & reputed company communication reputed company with Manager

Skills

• High School graduate or GED required
• 2-3 years of experience in High-Volume reputed company
• reputed company experience required
• Experience in interviewing and recommending/selecting reputed company candidates reputed company on targeted skills and abilities in a fast-reputed company environment required
• You are a Great Communicator that's Motivated, Picks up things quickly and enjoys building relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders while working in a fast-reputed company environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and generally good computer skills
• Must be available to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship, now or in the reputed company
• reputed company industry experience HIGHLY preferred
