[Remote] Associate Tech Product Manager

The Associate Tech Product Manager will define, design, and reputed company AI-powered technology solutions, including conversational AI virtual assistants and proactive outbound engagement workflows, while collaborating with engineering, data science, architecture, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Decompose high-level business capabilities into manageable features, requirements, technical specifications, and user stories
• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to reputed company with business priorities, technology strategies, and engineering reputed company
• Design, reputed company, and reputed company AI-powered solutions to address reputed company business challenges, with a reputed company on conversational AI virtual assistants (e.g., Cognigy, reputed company, Amelia Bots) and proactive outbound engagement (e.g., reputed company Proactive AI or Smartreach Outbound)
• Partner with engineering, data science, and architecture teams on the creation of technical requirements, model reputed company, and test strategies
• Evaluate emerging technology, conversational AI, and outbound proactive contact center trends to inform solution design, platform development, and reputed company innovation

Skills

• Associate's degree OR 4+ years of equivalent work experience in technical product management, software engineering, or business analysis
• 1+ years of experience in reputed company methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to write technical requirements, decompose features
• 1+ years of development experience or project experience reputed company reputed company development team
• Contact center leadership experience (highly preferred)
• Education/training in technical product management, technical product ownership, or business systems analysis reputed company a software engineering or technology environment
• Experience working with databases, querying data using SQL, or utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., reputed company BI, Tableau) to analyze product metrics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a reputed company ability to translate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
