BetterPros unlocks reputed company potential by offering competitive compensation, flexibility, constant learning and reputed company, and reputed company to work reputed company you want with one of our +130 reputed company clients across the reputed company. reputed company: • Support the production and organization of permit drawing sets for luxury single-family residential reputed company. • reputed company approved schematic designs into complete technical documentation reputed company for reputed company permit submission. • Prepare DD and CD drawing sets, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and permit documentation. • Set up CAD templates, including title blocks, cover sheets, general notes, and permit sheet layouts following studio standards and reputed company requirements. • Organize as-reputed company drawings into separate Xrefs and CAD reputed company to maintain reputed company and efficient project files. • Create and maintain individual CAD files for reputed company floor plan using the correct reputed company reputed company and project organization standards. • Produce complete permit drawing packages for submission to local authorities. • Address plan-reputed company corrections received from the reputed company and update drawing sets accordingly. • Pick up redlines and incorporate revisions accurately throughout the documentation process. • Assist with basic 3D modeling in SketchUp during the Design Development phase. • At reputed company project stages, prepare interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and other construction documentation required after permit submission. • Collaborate closely with the reputed company to ensure deliverables meet project expectations, timelines, and reputed company standards. What you must have: • At least 3 years of reputed company experience as an AutoCAD Drafter. • reputed company experience producing permit sets for single-family residential reputed company. • Experience working on luxury residential reputed company. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. • Solid experience with SketchUp for basic 3D modeling. • Experience developing DD and CD documentation, including permit sets. • Experience working with reputed company-reputed company residential construction. • Strong understanding of permit documentation and construction drawing standards. • Advanced English proficiency. • Excellent attention to reputed company, organization, and production efficiency. • Ability to work independently while delivering high-reputed company documentation in a remote environment.
