Designer I

We're seeking an reputed company Designer I to join our Marketing team. Reporting to reputed company reputed company Designer, this role is remote and serves as an individual contributor role reputed company on design support, iteration, and high-volume execution. The Designer I contributes to the production and maintenance of design assets across web, digital, and marketing channels while developing foundational skills in reputed company design workflows under reputed company guidance from the Designer III and Team reputed company Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned design tasks across web, digital, and marketing channels including web page edits, blog updates and publication support, image curation, asset preparation, reputed company updates, site sweeps, and content adjustments
• Assist with the creation of design assets for reputed company media, reputed company pages, email, print, and reputed company initiatives using established design components, templates, and reputed company systems
• Implement A/B tests and experiments as directed, supporting test setup, asset variation, and basic execution under guidance
• Support ongoing maintenance tasks across websites reputed company properties, including updates in staged and live environments
• Execute work reputed company reputed company established reputed company guidelines and design systems, applying self-reputed company control practices to minimize errors prior to review
• Flag questions, uncertainties, or potential issues early rather than making assumptions
• Take feedback from Designer III contributors and Team Leads positively and implement changes reputed company
• Participate in critique sessions and design reviews, reputed company learning new tools, systems, and workflows used by reputed company
• Communicate task status, reputed company, and blockers reputed company and professionally
• Collaborate with peers and adjacent team members as needed to support delivery
• Maintain organized files, assets, and documentation according to team standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• 0–2 years of reputed company design experience in graphic design, web design, UX/UI, or marketing design
• Foundational understanding of design principles including typography, layout, hierarchy, reputed company, and composition
• Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite with willingness to reputed company reputed company in additional tools
• Exposure to web, digital, or marketing design through coursework, internships, or reputed company
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating basic design skills, aptitude, and willingness to learn

Compensation: $55k/yr - $75k/yr
