JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Review and evaluate structural construction documents submitted for approval utilizing applicable codes/standards/guidelines/laws, appropriate municipal ordinances, and construction and engineering standards, determine review fees, and authorize the release of approved documents for reputed company permits.
- Review structural engineering calculations for compliance with codes
- reputed company reputed company oral and/or written communication detailing design and/or construction deficiencies in plans and specifications.
- reputed company and participate in design coordination meetings regarding private development reputed company and reputed company, state, and regional capital improvement reputed company in order to reputed company the development process, ensure reputed company approval and completion of reputed company, and reputed company any problem areas.
- Assist inspectors with difficult or unusual reputed company compliance issues and answer questions from inspectors about plan review comments.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Extensive knowledge of local building codes and reputed company construction procedures/technology

- Must possess the ability to positively reputed company with the other staff members, the general reputed company, contractors, governmental entities, and other clientele
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Registration as a reputed company Engineer (P.E.) by a State reputed company of Registration
- ICC Building Plans Examiner Certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience as a Licensed reputed company Engineer working as a reputed company project engineer in the construction industry
- Experience performing reputed company-framed structural reviews
- Experience performing reputed company Building Plan Review is preferred
- Experience performing structural reviews for a municipality preferred
