ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Regional Philanthropic Director for the Western region (San Francisco Bay Area), you will reputed company reputed company of philanthropic advisors that fuels flexible, high-reputed company funding for grassroots organizing and reputed company-building reputed company across the country. You will own and grow a portfolio of donors capable of giving $10,000+ annually—building deep, values-reputed company relationships that translate into significant, sustained investment in our mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 primarily San Francisco Bay Area-reputed company donor and prospect households, with full responsibility for qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A genuine love for donors, large and small, and appreciation for their role in advancing reputed company.

• 5+ years of experience in major gifts or philanthropic advising, including managing donor relationships of $100K+ annually.

• Highly self-directed, with the ability to independently manage reputed company and portfolio while partnering effectively across teams

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Full-time, remote, exempt position

• Some travel is required for team retreats and conferences (~15%)
