While this is a remote position based out of Austin, United States, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns • Design and maintain regular reporting systems and dashboards • Develop and implement data quality control procedures • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively • Optimize data collection procedures and implement best practices for data management • Identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements • Support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and recommendations Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or similar role • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management • Expert-level experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau or Power BI • Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical analysis • Programming experience in Python or R • Demonstrated experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation • Experience with business intelligence tools and data warehousing concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective communication skills with ability to present complex data in a clear manner • Experience working in a remote environment preferred • Understanding of data analytics methodologies and best practices • Knowledge of data governance and security practices Additional Information • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources • Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams • Support business decisions with data-driven insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs • Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking Apply Job!
