Job Summary:
In this exciting role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills, analytical capabilities, and industry knowledge to drive client growth and deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of medium-sized businesses, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing multi-quarter plans for success. You will also collaborate with our Outreach team to execute on strategies, ensure accountability, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an arrangement of medium-sized businesses by completely understanding growth drivers, identifying valuable opportunities for growth, managing risks, and making multi-quarter plans for accomplishment.
- Collaborate inside the Outreach team, aligning workflow among colleagues to execute on a strategy and ensure accountability to meet or exceed objectives while focusing on and delivering exceptional client experience.
- Implement innovative ways of improving client relationships, design and offer performance-enhancing ideas, and promote other Google products.
- Identify key client stakeholders, including C-level and business owners, to support client business objectives and annual digital marketing plans. Assess and address client needs through various methods.
- Lead outbound calls to establish relationships and work with existing Google Ads clients to generate growth and improved client success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience working with and communicating effectively with publishers, agencies, or clients, and influencing C-level partners.
- Experience in advertising sales, media account management, and achieving objectives to drive client growth.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, traditional and digital marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to assess and address client needs via sales methodologies, including effective questioning, complaint handling, and competitive advancing.
- Ability to use data to uncover insights to inform recommendations and analyze impact.
