Position: Site Acquisition Specialist (reputed company/PA/WV Market) – reputed company Location: Remote – Must reputed company near Pittsburgh, reputed company Virginia, or Eastern reputed company Virginia Type: Contract (6+ months, likelihood for extension) – W2 eligible for medical & 401k benefits Pay reputed company: $38.46–$40.87/hr (W2, DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, reputed company business hours (flexible start times as early as 6:30 AM) Travel: Occasional site walks as needed Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Position reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Site Acquisition Specialist to support a high-volume wireless telecom project in the VA/PA region. This role is ideal for candidates with reputed company project experience and a solid background in New Site Builds (NSB). You will be responsible for site candidate selection, leasing, tower reputed company applications, zoning, permitting, and project tracking. Key Responsibilities • reputed company SAQ efforts for both NSB and modification reputed company in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Coordinate lease negotiations, zoning, permitting, and tower reputed company applications. • Manage tower reputed company processes through industry-reputed company portals. • reputed company new jurisdictions and local zoning ordinances with confidence. • Prepare and submit lease documentation packages and reputed company negotiations. • Deliver reputed company site updates using internal/reputed company tracking tools for status meetings. • Travel locally for site walks reputed company needed. • Represent reputed company in deployment meetings and cross-functional coordination. Required Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in wireless site acquisition, with demonstrated NSB work. • reputed company reputed company project experience strongly preferred. • Proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company. • Strong understanding of lease review, tower loading, and jurisdictional permitting. • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple site timelines. • Excellent verbal and written communication; highly reputed company and detail-reputed company. • Must successfully pass a background reputed company (10 years), DMV reputed company, and a 10-panel drug screen (no alcohol). • Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work without sponsorship.
