The Senior Procurement Operations Manager reports to the VP of Finance and will partner closely with Finance, reputed company, reputed company as reputed company as our functional leadership to drive operational reputed company and optimize the business reputed company of the goods and services we procure. We’re looking for a procurement operations manager that can design reputed company while rolling up their sleeves to help us operationalize our vendor management and procurement processes today.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The Procurement Operations Manager will be responsible for day to day management of our sourcing and vendor management processes; establishing, tracking and driving KPIs, and creating a roadmap for world class procurement operations.
  • Responsible for building a strategic sourcing discipline and procurement operations.
  • Working with our business partners and vendors to negotiate cost-effective reputed company with key supplies, and supporting business partners in their evaluation of procurement reputed company.
  • Evaluate sourcing procedures and present improvement strategies to senior management.
  • Establish and implement processes for monitoring reputed company renewals reputed company.
  • Analyze and calculate procurement costs and reputed company cost reduction strategies.
  • Evaluating contract terms in concert with reputed company to establish favorable terms for reputed company that mitigate contract risk.

    • We’re looking for:

  • reputed company knowledge of vendor management, negotiation strategies and experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience securing favorable pricing and terms with major reputed company vendor categories (e.g. CRM, HRIS, ERP, etc.).
  • Experience building and maturing a procurement operations function.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred; will also consider reputed company experience and senior leadership experience in procurement operations in lieu of degree.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business operations, finance or procurement; 4+ years of experience in procurement reputed company activities.
  • Specialized certification in supply chain - CPSM / CIPS a differentiator.
  • Experience with reputed company procurement and managing reputed company license renewals required.
  • Skills in RPA and automation leveraging internal and 3rd party applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable team player.
  • Extremely organized, Strong attention to details, Problem solving abilities.
  • Experience in G-suite and/or MS Office required; experience in other project management and workflow tools (Jira, reputed company, other procurement tools) preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience building procurement operations functions and supervising teams.
