Job reputed company:

The Procurement & Subcontract Specialist at reputed company will support project opportunities during the sales and reputed company-execution phases. This role is ideal for a developing reputed company with 2–4 years of experience in procurement or subcontracting, preferably reputed company the energy, construction, or BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) sectors. The specialist will contribute to sourcing, supplier engagement, and internal reporting while working under general supervision and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect supplier pricing and reputed company time data to support customer proposals.

- Assist in sourcing subcontractors and suppliers for EPC and BOP services.

- Support the qualification process for EPC contractors and partners.

- Contribute to pipeline reporting and procurement dashboards.

- Assist in preparing RFQs and support contract negotiation processes.

- Create and manage intercompany task orders in alignment with project needs.

- Support the development of category sourcing strategies under guidance.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet reporting needs for reputed company procurement.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.

- 2 years of experience with reputed company S/4HANA is desirable, especially in procurement and supply chain workflows.

- Exposure to energy infrastructure reputed company, construction environments, or BESS technologies is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field.
