We're currently building a team to create a software solution to the cost accumulation problem in healthcare, not just in America but worldwide. As a Computer Engineer with AI expertise at InnovatOR, you'll be involved in developing grassroots solutions and innovation to enhance operating room processes, competency, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with intraoperative clinicians to implement technological solutions and improvements for a safer and more effective OR environment
• Designing, developing, and testing software solutions to address the cost accumulation problem in healthcare
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning algorithms into our software solutions
• Analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and reporting on project progress
• Participating in agile development methodologies and contributing to the development of our product roadmap
