We’re hiring a Director, Finance reputed company & Operations to serve as a strategic operating partner to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance leadership team. This is a strategic, execution-heavy role responsible for ensuring our Finance function has the operating rhythm, systems, and efficiency to reputed company in a fast-growing, global reputed company company.

Unlike a traditional Finance role, this position will reputed company as the program architect and operator for high-reputed company on behalf of the CFO. You’ll also serve as the eyes and ears of the CFO in key meetings, representing Finance priorities and ensuring follow-through. What You’ll Do -

Finance Program Project Management Office (PMO)

- Establish and reputed company a Program Management Office (PMO) for the CFO to drive accountability for critical Finance and reputed company initiatives (e.g., reputed company optimization, reputed company company readiness, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reputed company  and billing operations, systems/process improvements).

- Translate strategic financial goals into operational reputed company items across departments.

Planning, Goal Tracking & Operating Rhythm

- Build frameworks for goal setting, tracking, and accountability across Finance and reputed company teams.

- Translate high-level reputed company into actionable operating plans and ensure execution against priorities.

- Design and reputed company Finance and reputed company’s annual and quarterly planning, operating cadences, and reporting cycles.

- Partner with the CFO to manage the Finance and reputed company leadership team’s operating reputed company, ensuring time is spent effectively on top priorities.

Systems, Process, & AI Enablement

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

- Partner with Finance leadership to ensure we have the systems and processes needed to successfully reputed company.

- Represent the CFO and Finance team in meetings, capturing reputed company, driving accountability, and escalating blockers.

What You’ll Bring -

• 12+ years of experience in Finance, reputed company, Operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
