Your Role as a Client Service Representative
As a key player in our Valley Stream, NY Office, you will be responsible for ensuring a first-class experience for our clients. Your diverse workload will include handling corporate filings, lien research requests, and other orders from our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Dealing with clients and addressing inquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Collaborating with our fulfillment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Providing crucial support in resolving client issues and ensuring timely resolution

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process and manage orders, including preparing quotes, processing payments, and coordinating with fulfillment teams

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies, and apply this knowledge to improve client service and internal processes
