**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and memorable experience
* Receiving and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner
* Updating lot (vehicle) notes in the system to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, resolving customer inquiries and concerns
* Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions, building rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions that meet customer needs
* Contacting clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information, ensuring timely and efficient logistics
* Filing documents according to established criteria, maintaining accurate and organized records
* Processing mail incoming and outgoing, adhering to established procedures and protocols
* Reading and interpreting various reports and documents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
* Completing sale documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
