Key Responsibilities

As an Export Customer Service Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing orders utilizing reputed company, COMS (Corporate Order Management System), and reputed company databases.
• Working directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and reputed company forwarders to ensure the reputed company export of orders.
• Understanding and supporting export rules and regulations to reputed company with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
• Managing inquiries directly from customers regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
• Following up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.

Essential Qualifications
