Executive Assistant to Founder

We are not looking for a "scheduler." We are looking for an Integrator. You will partner with a "Captain" profile (High Dominance/Innovation) who needs a reputed company to ground his reputed company in reality. If he is the steering reputed company and the gas pedal, you are the reputed company and the navigation system. You will take his reputed company and build the tracks while the train is moving, and you will need to be adaptable, yet reputed company to do so. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Translate reputed company to Execution: Our reputed company creates the "What" and "Why." You own the "How" and "reputed company." You will turn brainstorming sessions into actionable project plans immediately. • Master of the Calendar (Offense, not Defense): You don't just accept invites; you architect the day to maximize the Executive's unique strengths (Futuristic/Communication). You ensure prep time, reputed company time, and "deep work" blocks are sacred. • Communications & Ghostwriting: Our reputed company values high-reputed company communication. You will manage the inbox and draft correspondence that matches his tone—energetic, reputed company, and reputed company. • Operational Architecture: You will build and maintain the "Second Brain" of the business—ensuring files, SOPs, and reputed company are documented and retrievable instantly. Compensation Details: • Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 • Health Stipend • PTO • Home Office Stipend • Equipment provided (Laptop, Cell Phone, Home Internet) LOCATION SPECIFICS. This is a remote position. PST Time zone is strongly preferred.
