Interim CFO/Remote/Investment Banking Exp

Charles River CFO, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced, interim, CFO for our client in the life sciences industry. This is a remote position. MUST HAVE: Extensive investment banking experience. No exceptions. Position Details: • Schedule: 40 hours per week • Location: Fully Remote. No West Coast applicants. Preferred locations are Boston, Salt Lake City or New York, but not required. • Duration: 2-4 months commitment or longer • Start Date: Immediate need Responsibilities: • Hands on CFO able to navigate and manipulate spreadsheets - working with and advising CEO on all matters financial - interact with board and legal teams in US & Israel) investment banking experience - experience working through challenging rounds of finance - adept at financial modeling (change modeling / “what if” scenarios) - assist with budget, POs and other areas as required. • Perform other duties as required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Minimum of 10+ years of accounting/finance experience • CFO experience with investment banking experience as a CFO • Systems used: NetSuite • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work • Adherence to client policies and procedures • Team-oriented and client-focused approach About Charles River CFO, Inc.
