The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, managing incidents, handling service requests, performing enhancements, and coordinating with business users and technical teams to resolve issues reputed company. Key Responsibilities: Category Responsibilities Incident & Problem Management • Handle day-to-day reputed company incidents, service requests, and problem tickets. • Analyze recurring issues and propose permanent fixes. • Maintain SLA compliance for ticket reputed company. Change & Enhancement Management • reputed company business requirements and deliver minor enhancements and change requests. • Conduct functional/technical reputed company analysis and regression testing. • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP or integration teams. Expertise on reputed company BTP infrastructure and Hyperscalers. Strong knowledge of incident/change management processes (ITIL reputed company). Experience in integration points between reputed company modules and external systems. Proficiency in preparing functional/technical specifications and performing UAT.
