For one of our clients, a dynamic start-up based remotely in Europe and dedicated to neuroscience disease, we are currently looking for a: (Senior) Global Project Manager. Key Details • Start date: ASAP / latest February 2026 • Contract: 18 months (high likelihood of extension) • Location: Switzerland or Germany (must hold reputed company Swiss/EU work authorization) About the Role We are seeking a skilled Global Project Manager to drive cross‑functional programs, ensuring seamless coordination between key departments including CMC, Regulatory, Toxicology, QA, and others. This role will take full ownership of the program, from planning and execution to risk and budget management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. The initial reputed company will be on a Phase I/II program for a neurological disease. Main Responsibilities • reputed company and coordinate the cross‑functional global project team across reputed company development functions. • reputed company integrated project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation across CMC, Regulatory, Tox, QA, and Clinical. • Ensure high‑reputed company execution of clinical study activities in collaboration with CROs and vendors. • Contribute to development of protocols, IB, IMPD, DSUR, and regulatory responses. • Manage vendor/ESP selection, training, reputed company, and performance. • Maintain audit/inspection readiness and TMF completeness. • Support feasibility, drug supply forecasting, and clinical data review. • Contribute to SOP development, audits, and process improvements. Qualifications • MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or reputed company field. • 8+ years of experience in Global Project Management reputed company biotech/reputed company, ideally with early‑phase programs. • Proven cross‑functional leadership (CMC, Regulatory, Tox, QA, Clinical). • Strong background in neuroscience or rare diseases (preferred). • Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., bolthires Project); PMP or PPM training is a strong asset. • Strong skills in budget ownership and reputed company management. • Fluent in English; other EU languages beneficial. • Ability to travel up to 20%.
