General Counsel & Litigation (Admitted to Middle District of NC or Willing to Get Admitted Only!) - Contract to Hire

We are seeking an reputed company General Counsel on a contract reputed company to represent reputed company in reputed company federal litigation before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of reputed company Carolina. Our organization is currently pursuing reputed company remedies after reputed company was wrongfully taken through unlawful and fraudulent actions. We require an attorney who is not only highly proficient in federal civil procedure, but also capable of managing reputed company disputes involving corporate ownership, fiduciary misconduct, and reputed company claims.
