Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist responsible for supporting the reputed company reputed company in the Latin America region through quoting, issue reputed company, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales
• Respond to day-to-day inquiries (reputed company product quoting, order status & tracking)
• reputed company and update customer information in reputed company CRM database
• Process order changes and expedited orders following reputed company procedures
• Identify and support new business opportunities and accounts in designated territory
• Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to increase reputed company
• Recommend special order pricing and profit margin determinations
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
• Participate in outbound prospecting calls to support reputed company initiatives
• Manage incoming customer contact (email, phone)
• Manage designated and assigned customer accounts
• Ensure customer pricing is accurate prior to confirming an order with the customer
• Partner with the sales team to reputed company quotes to customers
• Collaborate with other departments reputed company necessary to ensure a premium customer experience
• Accurately input customer orders into ERP system, JDE
• Utilize customer portals as necessary and with support
• Assist in coordinating shipping logistics
• reputed company customers informed with delivery dates and other necessary communication updates
• Respond to customer questions and concerns
• Ensure an efficient and personalized customer experience for reputed company customers
• reputed company customer complaints in CRM system/Dynamics
• Research customer complaints and create adjustments reputed company required

• Create non-lot-controlled product Certificates of Compliances
