Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ClaimsPro LP is seeking a Remote Operations Coordinator to join their National Operations team. The role involves managing client information work orders, creating corporate templates, and supporting national operations initiatives and acquisition integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete Client Information work orders
- Code creation and administration (ex. client, bordereaux, broker, and care of codes)
- Guideline creation and administration
- Administration of the Policy Library
- Client access administration
- Template creation and maintenance
- Project based support
- Dedicated resource to national operations initiatives
- Client code reconciliation for acquisition
- General support on acquisition integration projects
- General duties as required
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Customer service experience
- Insurance industry experience is an asset
