IT/HPC Emerging Talent Intern Program

Corvid Technologies is an engineering firm specializing in high-fidelity, computational modeling and simulation. They are seeking highly skilled interns for the Summer of 2026 to gain hands-on experience in technology with a focus on system administration and high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

• Dive into on-the-job training covering a wide range of disciplines, including Windows and Linux system administration/engineering, scripting and automation, security best-practices, HPC systems management for our 85,000+ core supercomputer, and data center operations
• Each rotation pairs participants with an expert mentor with years of experience in their respective field
• Connect with peers through exciting social events, such as catered lunch presentations showcasing engineering expertise across the company

Skills

• Pursuing a BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
• Minimum GPA: 3.5
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Strong desire and ability to learn
• Good communicator with strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment
• Object-oriented programming experience
• Experience in scripting/automation
• Experience submitting jobs to a scheduled cluster
