As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* Quality Monitoring (QM) score: 90% or higher
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 0-1 year of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer-centric environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
