[Remote] MRI Field Service Engineer Assistant

They are seeking an MRI Field Service Engineer Assistant to assist in field service operations and support of clinical imaging equipment, including managing MRI coil repairs and coordinating liquid helium fills. Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company facets of MRI coil repair and loaner needs, including acquiring repair estimates and coordinating shipments • Manage cryogen monitoring and schedule liquid helium fills for reputed company customers to ensure reputed company use of equipment • Organize and maintain repair parts inventory including ordering and exchange return of parts used to repair clinical imaging and reputed company support equipment • Assist in maintaining organization and distribution of PM records and documentation as needed for reputed company machines • Utilizes reputed company training to support field service team as needed, such as MRI coil QA and contrast injector PM and service • Participate in assisting field service team on service calls where available to expand knowledge of MRI service reputed company Skills • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Technology, reputed company field, or equivalent • Excellent written and verbal technical communications skills • Sufficient knowledge of reading and understanding technical service procedures documentation, including reputed company diagrams and functional reputed company of subsystems • Basic understanding of electronics • Proficient in reputed company PC operating and repair systems • Must have reputed company reputed company's license Benefits • Benefits reputed company • Shields Health is an independent, New England-based medical service provider with a national reputed company for blending exceptional customer service with superior technology.
