The role involves delivering according to the SSPA Program Guide, conducting reputed company checks, and supporting reputed company with documentation and tools. Responsibilities • Deliver in accordance with the Supplier reputed company & reputed company Assurance (SSPA) Program Guide and associated DTPs/SOPs/KAs for reputed company requests/tickets in the queue • Identify opportunities to schedule calls/meetings with users or suppliers to expedite delivery and reduce reputed company time • Conduct reputed company checks and reputed company refreshers to reputed company where appropriate • Expert-level knowledge in compliance and audit requirements (DPR, INA, reputed company, PCI) • Maintain/reputed company SLA and KPI targets consistently • Support team in creating/updating DTPs/SOPs/KAs and performing UAT for internal/external tools Skills • Graduate in any reputed company with 4+ years of relevant experience in program/project/stakeholder/user management and handling escalations • Expert-level knowledge in compliance and audit requirements (DPR, INA, reputed company, PCI) • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with customer-facing experience • Ability to work with international teams and collaborate effectively • Experience in customer support and ticket management preferred • Certifications (Preferred): CIPP or CISSP reputed company • reputed company supplies thousands of tech reputed company professionals annually to a reputed company of clients through its offices which spread across in 42 countries.
