[Remote] Aerospace Development Program - Engineering - Recent Grad/Full Time (US Person Required)

They are seeking candidates for the Aerospace Development Program, which is designed to develop future leaders in Integrated Supply Chain and Engineering through job rotations and exposure to various roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of health, safety, and environmental strategies
- Support compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards
Skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Engineering or similar field
- Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between December 2025 and June 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2026 – August 2026
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
- Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Greenbelt/DFSS certified
- Ability to work freely
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Mechanical Engineering experience
- Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
- Proficient project management skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical industry
- Cause identification/FMEA experience
- Working knowledge of SAP/HOS
