QA GENERALIST

Moses Lake Industries, Inc. is a rapidly growing producer of ultra-pure chemical products for the semiconductor and flat-panel screen industries. The QA Generalist will assist in maintaining quality documentation, perform audits, and support communication with customers regarding quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the maintenance of the specification database
• Communicates as directed with internal/external customers on quality issues and requests
• Assists in the maintenance Document Control, Specifications (Raw Material, Finished Good, Purchase), Problem Solving (8D, NCR, CAPA), Certificate of Analysis (CofA), Audits or other as assigned
• Performs and or assist in customer, supplier, process and internal audits
• Gather data from internal/external suppliers/customers for various internal/external reports
• Generate various internal/external reports as directed
• Generate and maintain various internal/external documents such as customer specifications, purchase specifications, quality plans, procedures and forms as directed
• Maintain quality records
• Assists in the generation and maintenance of process change documentation for internal and external customers
• Work cross functionally with all departments to maintain the quality operating system to adhere to the ISO9001 standard
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Lead Auditor certification or ability to obtain certification
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software
• Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar
• Demonstrated ability to: Follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines
• Work as a team and/or independently
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Previous experience in an administrative role or related field
