Community Nursing Services (CNS) is the 2nd largest homecare provider in Utah, seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join their team. This role focuses on developing relationships and generating referrals reputed company the Home Health and Hospice industry.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other reputed company providers
• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, and in-person reputed company
• Represent CNS with professionalism while educating referral sources on our Home Health and Hospice programs
• Identify and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure appropriate service placement
• Document and reputed company reputed company sales activity in the CRM on a daily reputed company
• Consistently meet or reputed company referral and admissions targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining CNS’s reputed company for reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and/or clinical license preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to remain resilient and reputed company in the face of rejection

• Medical sales experience preferred, but candidates with a strong sales record in other industries are encouraged to apply
