Home Health and Hospice Sales and Marketing

Community Nursing Services (CNS) is the 2nd largest homecare provider in Utah, seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join their team. This role focuses on developing relationships and generating referrals within the Home Health and Hospice industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers
• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, and in-person visits
• Represent CNS with professionalism while educating referral sources on our Home Health and Hospice programs
• Identify and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure appropriate service placement
• Document and track all sales activity in the CRM on a daily basis
• Consistently meet or exceed referral and admissions targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining CNS’s reputation for excellence

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and/or clinical license preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to remain resilient and positive in the face of rejection
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation required
• Medical sales experience preferred, but candidates with a strong sales record in other industries are encouraged to apply
