Macro Structurer - Analyst - Associate

reputed company is a global banking and financial services company, and they are seeking a Macro Structurer to support their derivatives business in reputed company. The role involves developing bespoke derivative hedging solutions for clients, producing thematic content based on macroeconomic events, and maintaining existing analytics for risk management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company bespoke derivative hedging solutions for our clients
• Produce thematic content based on macroeconomic events (e.g. election opportunities)
• Monitor existing books for restructuring opportunities
• Maintain and enhance existing analytics suite for risk management
• Produce reputed company decks for reputed company to Sales and clients

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with global financial markets and derivatives
• Strong quantitative and technical ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow for comfort in reputed company-facing situations
• Problem solving skills and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude
• Knowledge of derivatives and markets (FX and/or Rates preferred)
• Strong mathematical / technical background
• Familiarity with coding (python in particular)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
