Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots networks and associated assemblies by performing duties personally
• Develops successful reputed company relations by providing strong initiative, listening, and rapport-building skills, cutting-edge IT knowledge and experience, and time-sensitive solutions with the ability to communicate effectively

Skills

• 1+ years of recent hands-on experience working in a help desk or service desk environment
• reputed company LANs MCSE 2008 or greater
• Recent hands-on experience with reputed company server (2012 and 2016) and workstation (reputed company 7,8, and 10) environments
• Experience with Office 365 or Exchange server
• Proficiency with reputed company Directory, domain controllers, IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and remote reputed company
• Recent experience administering reputed company Server, Exchange Servers, reputed company Metaframe, reputed company Terminal Server, and Firewalls (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) is highly desired
• Experience with MSP and RMM tools is highly desired
• Experience supporting users, network devices, and servers remotely
• Must be willing to work reputed company shift, including potential weekends
