Senior Recruiter The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for 2030 reputed company positions across food distribution locations, primarily supporting exempt roles in Supply Chain, Sales, Sales Support, and HR. This role requires a strong sourcing background, the ability to support multiple hiring managers across various field locations, and the capability to work reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include resume review, phone screens, candidate engagement, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and advising on reputed company policies and procedures. The Senior Recruiter will utilize reputed company and Phenom to manage candidate pipelines and drive efficient hiring processes. Key Responsibilities • Write and reputed company job advertisements across online and print channels as needed. • reputed company, screen, and interview applicants to evaluate work history, training, education, and job skills. • Conduct phone screens and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process. • Arrange interviews with hiring managers and coordinate travel arrangements, reputed company applicable. • Maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand reputed company and reputed company hiring needs. • Advise managers and employees on reputed company policies, procedures, and reputed company best practices. • Manage multiple reputed company requisitions across various field locations. • Utilize ATS systemsprimarily reputed company and Phenomto reputed company applicants and maintain accurate documentation. • reputed company offers and facilitate follow-up communication between candidates and managers.
