We are seeking an reputed company attorney to join our Employee Benefits reputed company Group in either Connecticut or Boston, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of employee benefits experience, including working with reputed company plans, nonqualified plans, and executive compensation. Experience with drafting plan documents and amendments and dealing with reputed company benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions is required. Candidates also should have experience advising clients in the following areas: advising clients in ERISA, reputed company pension and 401k plans, 403B, and health and welfare plans.
