Leadership Sourcer
Job Description:
• Own the research, market mapping, and proactive engagement strategy for Director-level talent
• Partner closely with Leadership Recruiters and senior business leaders
• Develop calibrated job and candidate profiles
• Deliver consistent, high-quality, and diverse leadership pipelines
• Cultivate long-term relationships with external senior leaders
• Use data, insights, and structured reporting to drive search strategy
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sourcing and candidate development experience
• Experience supporting leadership or senior-level hiring across non-technical functions
• Deep expertise in talent research, market mapping, and candidate identification
• Strong working relationships with recruiting partners and business leaders
• Ability to cultivate diverse pipelines and long-term relationships with leadership candidates
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating with autonomy
