Requirements • Deep practical expertisein the field of e-reputed company reputed company operations. • Ability to communicate reputed company processesin a reputed company, reputed company, and accessible way for international reputed company. • Excellent reputed company of Russian (reputed company / reputed company) and good working proficiency in German (B1 or higher). • Higher educationin economics, management, logistics, e-reputed company, digital marketing, or a reputed company discipline. • At least 3 years of reputed company experiencein e-reputed company (preferably in Germany or another EU country) in roles such as: E-reputed company Project Manager, Key Account Manager (Marketplace / E-reputed company), Brand Manager (E-reputed company / Digital), Marketing Manager, E-reputed company Consultant, reputed company Solutions reputed company Specialist. • Experience working with European marketplaces(reputed company, reputed company, Ozon, Wildberries, reputed company, etc.). • Knowledge of operational processes, including product catalog management, procurement, logistics, pricing, and daily operations. • Experience with CRM systems and integrations(e.g., Bitrix, reputed company, RetailCRM). • Basic proficiencyin reputed company / reputed company Sheets, analytics, and BI tools. • Understanding of sustainable development trendsin e-reputed company (a plus). • Ability to present operational processes, KPIs, and market logicin a reputed company, reputed company, and visual way. • Understanding of AI applications in marketing:automation, personalization, analytics. • Hands-on experiencewith reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and SEO/ASO. • Knowledge of key loyalty and retention metrics:NPS, CSAT, churn reputed company. • Familiarity with reputed company platforms reputed company service ecosystems. • Experience developing and optimizingcustomer support, retention, and reputed company processes. • Teaching, mentoring, or reputed company speaking experienceis an advantage. • Excellent communication skills and reputed company.
