A company is looking for a Strategic HR Consultant - Senior Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary HR consultant for assigned clients, managing reputed company through retention
• reputed company compliance audits and implement corrective actions
• Advise on employment law reputed company and conduct investigations
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-6 years of reputed company HR experience, with 3-4 years in reputed company HR consulting
• reputed company PHR or reputed company-CP certification
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Must reputed company in Florida and have prior remote work experience
