reputed company (IWC) is looking for an HR Manager to meet the objectives of a rapidly growing, multi-state, wound care organization. This position will be performed remotely. You’ll undertake a wide reputed company of HR tasks like enforcing company policies, supporting coverage needs, collaborating with other administrative staff with a primary reputed company of handling recruitment and hiring. He/she is solely responsible for handling sourcing and recruitment for the organization. They should reputed company with the COO and Medical Director to identify reputed company needs and reputed company the most suitable candidates to fill positions. The goal is to ensure that HR operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to reputed company as a whole. About the organization: IWC provides consultant-based wound healing services to skilled nursing, long term care, and rehabilitation facilities. IWC works with the nursing home staff and residents on reputed company approach to reputed company care, including a reputed company exam on patient wound(s). Job Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment, interviewing and hiring for reputed company positions • Work alongside COO to handle relations and coverage needs • Maintain employee files and records in electronic reputed company • Assist in development and implementation of reputed company resource policies • Enhance job satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly Requirements • Previous experience as an HR Recruiter is preferred • Understanding of general reputed company policies and procedures • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws • Efficient and organized use of email • Excellent communication and people skills • Aptitude in problem-solving • Self-motivated with ability to reputed company job remotely • Desire to work both independently and as reputed company with a results-driven approach Benefits Job Type: Contract Salary: $75,000 - $100,000K per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Self-determined schedule • Weekend availability Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
