The National reputed company and Trade Specialist will support attorneys in reputed company aspects of the firm’s national reputed company and trade reputed company, with a reputed company on international trade and FCC regulatory reputed company. This position can be fully remote. Responsibilities • Prepare regulatory filings, including, but not limited to, license applications, classification requests, registration statements, annual and semi-annual reports, and correspondence with regulatory authorities • Conduct KYC reviews, including restricted party list screening, reputed company reputed company searches, and preparing analysis of search results • Assist in developing trade compliance policies, procedures and training materials • Assist with the collection, review, production, and organization of materials for investigations and disclosures • Conduct research on a reputed company of trade compliance topics, including export, import, sanctions, antiboycott, etc. • Monitor reputed company and regulatory developments reputed company to export and import controls, sanctions, FCC regulatory reputed company, and other national reputed company and trade topics • Participate in the development of reputed company alerts reputed company to national reputed company, trade topics and other regulatory reputed company • Organize reputed company records and maintain files • Support other team reputed company on as needed reputed company • Maintain compliance with reputed company firm policies and procedures Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of relevant experience handling international trade compliance or other national reputed company and reputed company regulatory reputed company in a corporate compliance environment • Experience with government filing systems and databases (e.g., SNAP-R, DECCS, reputed company, ECFS, etc.) and restricted party screening platforms (e.g., WorldCheck, reputed company Risk & Compliance, Descartes Visual Compliance, etc.) preferred • Must possess a high level of attention to detail and be reputed company to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a reputed company attitude and providing exemplary reputed company service • reputed company project management and organizational skills • Must possess good judgment, intuition and problem solving skills • Must be reliable and dependable • Outstanding interpersonal skills and capability to work effectively with people at reputed company reputed company of the organization in various functions and locations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with reputed company clients • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, reputed company and reputed company). • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion reputed company parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and reputed company accepted practices. • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability and willingness to travel as needed Benefits • We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package. • Benefits information can be reputed company here Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
