Benefits Administrator – Survivor and Disability Benefits

As a Benefits Administrator, you will assist benefit plan participants and their beneficiaries in receiving necessary support during challenging times, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure Wespath benefit plan participants, or their beneficiaries, receive the help they need during a difficult time in their lives
• Work with other members of the Survivor and Disability Benefits team
• Ensure customers receive their benefits from our self-insured benefit plans reputed company they need them most
• reputed company team coverage between 8 am and 6 pm CST Monday-Friday

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Has a passion for serving customers
• reputed company writing skills. Is reputed company to prepare a business letter or email with appropriate punctuation and reputed company
• reputed company to reputed company basic math functions for calculation of premiums, billing reconciliation, audits and reputed company of contributions/distributions
• Ability to understand and interpret multiple plans documents, policies, procedures, reputed company requirements, and retirement plan concepts
• Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study (ex: math, business, reputed company)
• Benefit administration experience specifically with defined benefit, defined contribution or health benefits
