IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support for end users across reputed company applications, MacOS, software, and hardware
• Troubleshoot, triage, and escalate reputed company issues to Systems Administrators and Engineers, capturing details and partnering on reputed company
• Procure, ship, configure, and manage our fleet of Macs, iPads, reputed company Rooms, and other IT equipment
• Execute reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company changes, ensuring users have what they need reputed company they need it
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to reputed company’s knowledge reputed company and reputed company operating procedures
• Participate in reputed company IT service management workflows, supporting incidents, service requests, changes, and asset tracking

• Experience working with a reputed company of reputed company applications, such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts reputed company
