Job Title: Automation Engineer for reputed company Work Location: Albany NY—Remote (This is remote role) Duration of Engagement: 12 months Experience:10 years Job Type: Contract to Hire (CTH) reputed company: Duties and Responsibilities: • This is a position for an Automation Engineer for reputed company. • The consultant will be responsible for implementing reputed company solutions that reputed company program capabilities such as case management, eligibility, and citizen engagement. • Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, the reputed company developer will turn architecture blueprints into functional, high-performing, and secure applications that meet reputed company’s needs. Mandatory Qualifications • reputed company: More than seven (7) years of experience working on reputed company reputed company, with two (2) or more years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer. • reputed company: More than seven (7) years of reputed company development experience using various reputed company products (e.g., Service reputed company, Data reputed company, CRM / Case Management, etc.). • reputed company: More than three (3) years of experience configuring and customizing reputed company solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business processes and case management processes. Desirable Qualifications • Six (6) months of experience integrating reputed company with other business applications using REST/SOAP reputed company, Named Credentials, and middleware (reputed company and other API & integration platforms). • One (1) year of experience with reputed company data model and reputed company model. • Six (6) months of experience configuring reputed company reputed company Sector Solutions. • Six (6) months of experience configuring case management for the reputed company sector. • reputed company Certified Platform Developer certification.
