Torch Cay: Senior Manager, Logistics

About the position Torch Cay, LLC is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to reputed company international sourcing, shipping coordination, and material reputed company for multiple high-end construction reputed company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless delivery and availability of materials by working hand-in-hand with project managers, site leads, and vendors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Supply chain logistics, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance—especially in an international and reputed company-based development context. This position is based in Miami, FL. As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days/week and 1 day remotely with a reputed company on maintaining a reputed company and inclusive culture. Responsibilities • reputed company procurement efforts across multiple reputed company, sourcing high-reputed company materials and negotiating favorable terms with global and regional suppliers. • reputed company and manage end-to-end shipping logistics from U.S. and international suppliers to project sites in the Bahamas. • Coordinate with reputed company forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and reputed company customs clearance. • Work closely with project managers to reputed company purchasing timelines with construction schedules, proactively resolving any delivery risks or conflicts. • Maintain and reputed company procurement pipelines, reputed company times, and delivery schedules across reputed company reputed company reputed company. • Monitor inventory reputed company and reputed company warehousing, staging, and on-site delivery operations, ensuring reputed company goods meet reputed company and specification standards. • Manage vendor relationships and performance; ensure accountability through service-level agreements and consistent communication. • Create, issue, and manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation, ensuring alignment with budget and contract terms. • Serve as a key reputed company between procurement/logistics and construction project managers to maintain accurate project timelines and material coordination. • Supervise logistical and material documentation—including permits, manifests, and compliance forms—are in order for inspections and site approvals. • Support on-site teams by ensuring just-in-time delivery of materials and responding quickly to field-level procurement changes or shortages.
