Key Responsibilities

• Support content development for VR simulations and eLearning videos
• Review courses for accuracy and develop procedure guides
Required Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure, Safety, Operations, and Maintenance
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is preferred
• Systematic approach to troubleshooting and strong research skills
• Proficient in G-Suite applications and willing to learn Camtasia
• Availability during business hours for scheduled Zoom meetings
