We’re Hiring: B2B YouTube Strategist (SaaS, Coaches, Consulting, Agencies) - Contract to Hire
We’re Hiring: B2B YouTube Strategist (SaaS, Consulting, Agencies)
We’re a YouTube growth agency helping SaaS companies, agencies, fractional CFO firms, and management consultants turn YouTube into a predictable inbound sales channel.
This role is not about going viral.
It’s about authority, demand, and booked sales calls.
We’re looking for a YouTube Strategist with real B2B experience who understands how decision-makers buy — and how content influences pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Build YouTube strategies for B2B brands (SaaS & professional services)
Translate ICP pain points into high-intent video ideas
Create content roadmaps aligned to TOFU / MOFU / BOFU
Advise on titles, thumbnails, and hooks that attract founders & executives
Optimize content for leads, demos, and sales calls
Analyze performance (CTR, retention, watch time) and iterate
Help position clients as category authorities
✅ This Role Is For You If You:
Have worked with B2B YouTube channels before
Understand long sales cycles and trust-based buying
Think in funnels, pipeline, and revenue — not just views
Have experience in SaaS, consulting, agencies, or professional services
Can confidently work with founders and leadership teams
❌ This Role Is NOT For:
Influencer or entertainment-focused creators
Editors or general social media managers
Anyone chasing viral trends without business intent
⭐ Bonus Points
You’ve helped generate leads or booked calls via YouTube
You understand YouTube SEO & analytics
You’ve worked with 6–7 figure B2B businesses
You know how to repurpose long-form content across LinkedIn & Shorts
