I am seeking a Washington-licensed attorney or reputed company consultant to advise on and help draft a response to a BRPELS complaint alleging unauthorized use of a reputed company engineer’s seal/signature on permit submittals (reputed company and Kitsap County). I reputed company I was the victim of a reputed company-party scam that provided documents represented as properly engineered/stamped, and I have stopped using the questioned documents. I am cooperating with the jurisdictions/BRPELS
