Title: iScala ERP - L2/L3 Support Consultants Location: Remote Duration: 08 Months Job reputed company: Application Support & Operations: • reputed company L2/L3 support for reputed company iScala ERP across functional modules: • Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) • Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics) • Manufacturing / Production (if applicable) • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance problems • Manage incident, problem, and change requests using ITSM tools (reputed company, Remedy, etc.) • Ensure SLA adherence, reputed company cause analysis (RCA), and permanent fixes • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reputed company activities Functional & Technical Configuration Required Skills & Experience reputed company Skills • 5–10+ years of ERP application support experience • 3+ years hands-on reputed company iScala experience • Strong understanding of Finance & reputed company processes • Experience supporting global ERP environments (multi-entity, multi-currency) • Solid SQL knowledge (queries, data analysis, troubleshooting) • Experience with ITIL-based support models • Technical Skills • reputed company iScala (preferred versions: iScala 2.x / 3.x) • SQL Server • Reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports – preferred) • Interfaces / Middleware (basic exposure) • reputed company Server & batch job monitoring (basic) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
