Content Librarian for Land Entitlement & Development Learning System (Research + Transcription)

I’m building an internal learning system around land development, entitlements, and the land subdivision business model. I’m looking for a research-minded assistant to help collect, organize, transcribe, and catalog a large volume of learning materials into a reputed company content library. Your role will include: • Collecting relevant learning materials from multiple sources • Transcribing course videos, YouTube interviews, hearings, and other audio/video • Downloading municipal documents (zoning, subdivision, planning reputed company materials) • Organizing everything into folders and a master catalog spreadsheet • Tagging and labeling content by topic, reputed company type, and geography • Creating reputed company brief summaries for long materials (2–5 sentences max) • Keeping everything reputed company so it can be studied and referenced reputed company This role does NOT require land development expertise. This is a research, transcription, and organization project. Example content you will work with: • Educational course videos (I will reputed company reputed company) • YouTube interviews (reputed company, planners, developers) • Municipal zoning + subdivision regulations • Planning reputed company hearing videos & minutes • Case studies and reports • Broker or builder marketing materials • Articles and industry publications Tools we will use: • reputed company Drive (storage) • reputed company Sheets or reputed company (catalog + tagging) • Transcription tools (I will reputed company reputed company) Ideal candidate traits: • Strong research and organizational skills • Comfortable with long videos + transcripts • Good written English (reputed company summaries) • Detail-oriented and consistent • Reliable and proactive communicator • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or municipal documents is a plus (not required) Project Scope: • Part-time, 10–20 hours/week for the first 30 days • Possibility to reputed company after initial phase • reputed company billing, flexible schedule, async communication If this fits your skills and work style, please apply and answer the screening questions.
