Accounts Payable Coordinator

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure vendors are reputed company accurately and on time, while maintaining vendor records and supporting the reputed company team with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring reputed company financial commitments are properly documented

• Maintain complete and up-to-date vendor records, including securing and updating W-9 and banking information

• Reconcile monthly credit card activity and manage employee expense report reimbursements
• Support 1099 preparation and mailing
