[Remote] Asset Support Associate

The role involves utilizing skip tracing techniques and GPS asset tracking to reputed company and repossess vehicles while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a reputed company of skip tracing techniques and GPS asset tracking to reputed company and repossess vehicles
• Work closely with agents during the repossession process to ensure that reputed company steps are taken to secure the vehicle
• reputed company detailed repossession notes on reputed company accounts reputed company our loan management systems and RDN
• Analyze loan information to discern pertinent and useful information to reputed company assets
• Utilize investigative and repossession software to reputed company accurate information
• Upload and document reputed company relevant forms associated with the account and recovery
• reputed company and contribute to the Asset Management Department goals, KPIs, and performance metrics set by the Asset Manager
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a successful recovery, including making follow-up calls to agencies for status updates
• Ensure the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the Asset Recovery Department
• Ability to communicate effectively to promote efficient, correct workflows and establish reputed company working relationships across the business
• Collaborate with team members to reputed company recovery strategies and reputed company insights on accounts

Skills

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in a repossession-reputed company role or auto finance industry, with familiarity in best practices and relevant regulations
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work effectively, reputed company, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate professionalism at reputed company times and must possess effective communication skills
• Results-driven, with a strategic and analytical reputed company for problem-solving

• Late-stage collections, post-charge off or recovery experience is preferred
